How do I list you as my referral?
When you first visit a property, they will ask you to complete a guest card before your tour. Where it asks how you heard about their property, you want to select “Apartment Locator,” “Locator Service,” “Realtor,” or “Rental Agency.” After you have decided on an apartment to lease, you will be asked the same question on your rental application. If you ever have any questions, just ask the onsite leasing agent how to list your apartment locator as your referral source.
What if I have a roommate?
No problem! The communities will only pay one referral fee, so make sure your roommate lists us as their referral source, and we can split the cash rebate or apply it to the cost of your move.
Is there a minimum lease term?
Most properties will require you to sign a 12-month lease or longer to qualify.
