- Rebate amounts are a portion of the commission received from the property, and any rebate offered is set by the agent that assisted you. If you are not sure of the rebate amount, please contact your agent.
- “Apartment Agents” must be listed on your guest card and application as your referral source.
- The property has agreed to pay our invoice and was referred to you by Apartment Agents.
- All rebates are subject to the commission Apartment Agents receives from the property.
- Your monthly rental rate is defined as the effective average monthly rent after all concessions are applied. Concessions are defined as any discounts and/or specials offered by the apartment community that reduce your monthly rental rate.
- If the property pays a reduced commission, then a reduced incentive will be provided subject to your agent’s discretion.
- Only one rebate will be provided per apartment.
- You must stay current on your rent and not break your lease contract.
- No rebates are granted for renewing an existing lease.
- You will not qualify for any offer if you transfer to a sister apartment community. A sister apartment community is owned or managed by the same company as the apartment community you are moving from.
- You will not qualify for any offer if you, or anyone leasing with you, have signed a previous lease agreement or have a previous relationship with the apartment community.
- You will not qualify for any offer if you found the apartment community using services other than Apartment Agents.
- You must submit your rebate to us within 30 days of moving into the apartment community
- Rebates are sent once payment has been received from the property, typically 4 to 8 weeks after move-in, depending on the property’s invoice processing time.
- Payments are disbursed through Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Paypal, or Amazon Gift Card.
- You agree to hold Apartment Agents and your agent harmless if the payment information you provide is incorrect and the rebate is sent to another party.
