1. Dreamscape Immersive
Your children will have an experience like never before at the Dreamscape Immersive. Situated on the 2nd level of NorthPark Center, the attraction is a cross between a theme park ride and a cinema. With the help of real-time capture technology and body-mapping, participants can interrelate as avatars within a virtual 3D environment.
It’s open to children aged 10 and above and guests can select from various family-friendly adventures, including Alien Zoo and The Blue. Tickets cost $20 and each adventure takes about 35 minutes from start to finish.
This is the only venue offering a virtual reality experience where the audience becomes part of the story. You can purchase tickets in-store or online although you should book in advance because each session permits only six people at a go. 2. Dallas Zoo
