3. Dallas International Film Festival
This festival began as AFI Dallas and has since continued to rise toward prominence nationally. The Dallas International Film Festival has become a dependable blend of national, local, and international talent, showcasing mainstream and independent films alike.
Moreover, it attracts various celebrities. The event has in the past, expanded its screenings around Dallas, with the 2013 edition showcasing films in areas like Klyde Warren Park. 4. State Fair of Texas
